Refund eligibility
- Technical failure: paid report cannot be accessed and we cannot resolve it.
- Duplicate charge: accidental double payment for the same report/order.
Non-refundable cases
- Report was successfully delivered and accessed.
- Misuse of the service or violation of Terms.
